WARWICK SU LOYALTY SCHEME – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme is operated by Warwick SU Limited, Warwick SU ” or “we”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in, and use of the features on offer by, Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme at the Students Union (“Location”) at which Warwick SU provides catering services to its customers.
The key features of Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme are as follows:
- At participating Locations, you may be able to use Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme App (the “App”) for the collection and redemption of loyalty points, and to benefit from promotional vouchers (“Vouchers”) at participating Outlets. See sections 1 -3 below for the relevant terms and conditions.
Use of the App or other features of Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme.
You must reside in the UK and be aged 16 or over to participate in Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme and access any of the features described above.
- GETTING Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme APP
As customer of Warwick SU, you may download the App which enables you to participate in Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme whereby you will collect loyalty points on purchases made at the Location, and potentially also benefit from Vouchers.
The Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme can be accessed via the App.
The App is free of charge and can be downloaded from Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme website at https://warwicksu.mcr-symphony.net/ or via a QR code that may be found on menus and price lists within our outlets. Certain mobile devices may not support the App, in which case you will not be able to use it. You will need to register your mobile device against your Account before the App can be used. You can use the App to create a new Account or you can register the App against your existing Account. If you change mobile devices, you will need to register the new device on the Website before using the App in order to access your information.
You may only use the App at Warwick SU, and not at any of the University outlets that are participants in similar Schemes.
You may delete your App at any time but if you do so, you may forfeit the right to any points that have accumulated on your Account that have not been used. We may ask you to delete the App in accordance with our instructions.
If your smartphone with the App is lost or stolen, you must notify us of this via the Website. Warwick SU will not be liable for any resulting loss of points, vouchers or monies.
Loyalty points can be accrued and redeemed against certain purchases made at the Location. We reserve the right to restrict the products against which loyalty points may be redeemed at our discretion.

Points cannot be accrued or redeemed against any functions.
Points will only be accrued and can only be redeemed on purchases of food or non-alcoholic drinks.
The points will be earned at the time of purchase, provided the App is presented at the point of sale. If the loyalty terminal is not working and/or if our systems are down due to an event beyond our control, you should still be able to accrue points. However, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you in such circumstances particularly if you are unable (in these circumstances) to collect or redeem points against your current transaction. If you forget your App we cannot add points to your Account at a later date.
Points will accrue on the entire transaction (provided no excluded items are being purchased). Points can only be collected against purchases where a till and card reader is present. An Account can hold an unlimited number of loyalty points.
You can check how many points you have and also redeem points at the Location. You can also check the number of loyalty points you have collected on-line by visiting Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme website.
You will earn one loyalty points for each complete pound spent as may be advised to you at the outlet. We may, however, change the number of points you can collect and will display notices at the Location, should that happen.
You will only be able to redeem your loyalty points against purchases made at the Location, each point has a redemption value of 1 pence. The number of points used will be deducted from your Account.
When using your points to make a part of full payment, all available points must be redeemed against the purchase.
If you have a discrepancy regarding the number of points on your Account, we may require you to provide receipts as proof of purchase to back up any claim. If the evidence is satisfactory (to us), we will change the points allocated to the applicable Account to reflect the correct position.
We will not exchange points for cash and reserve the right to remove from your Account any points that have not been redeemed for over 12 months.
Buy 9 get 1 free will be available in certain outlets on purchase of the following items:
Curiositea – any hot drink
Food Station – any meal deal
The Dirty Duck – Any burger and drink meal deal.
Only one “stamp” will be accrued in any one transaction and it will apply to full price items only.
Once you collect 9 stamps you will receive the 10th item free. Your free item will be visible in your App.
This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash.
You will only be able to redeem this offer in the Outlet specified on the App and must present the App at the point of sale to your server.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
GENERAL
Warwick SU can cancel or withdraw the App and/or the Scheme for any reason at any time. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide you with as much written notice as possible.
We may also change these Terms and Conditions as is necessary by updating them on our Website. You should therefore check the Website from time to time to review these Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.
We shall not be responsible or held liable for any default or event arising directly or indirectly from any cause or event beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we also will not be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the App, or Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the App, this Website or otherwise connected with Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme. To the extent that we may be liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount directly paid by you to participate in Warwick SU Loyalty Scheme.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
We may transfer the benefits of these Terms and Conditions to a company in the same group as Warwick SU and if we do so, your rights will not be affected in any way.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
